.  A few questions which go to the very black heart of the Judicial system, and the so-called "Rule of Law," in the United States of America of today.

• Tell me if you can, what "right," what "truth" is more central to our Judicial system today than the concept that every person accused of and tried for committing a capital crime, a blood crime, is deserving of the finest legal counsel, representation, advocacy, and defense available?

• How is it that regardless of damning bloodguilt those arrested for committing blood crimes are "presumed innocent" and treated as if they are innocent, and afforded exceeding opportunity to be turned loose and kept from ever being punished for their blood crimes?

• How is it that if one guilty of blood crimes is found guilty with absolutely damning evidence, judges can overturn convictions and release murderers to never be punished, on specious man-made "technical grounds"?

• How is it that if one guilty of blood crimes is convicted, regardless how damning the evidence, the opportunities to freedom stretch ahead via the multiple appeal avenues?

• How is it that so very many who are arrested for committing heinous blood crimes routinely face criminal charges far below those for the crimes they have committed, and are encouraged and enabled to plead guilty to comparatively minor charges, thereby guaranteeing they will be released to prey on other people in the future?

• How is it that most of those murderers who are convicted of committing blood crimes are not sentenced to be executed; and that those who are so sentenced and whose convictions are not overturned or thrown out can still be prevented from being executed?

• How is it that those who commit murderous attacks, but whose victims survive (regardless how terribly and permanently disabled, maimed, and/or disfigured, and emotionally scarred the victims are), will not be charged, tried, nor sentenced for murder?

• How is it that murderers are routinely, daily kept from even being prosecuted for committing murder on specious technical grounds, or on other enlightened progressive grounds? e.g.:

1. the murderers were too young to know what they were doing; 

2. they were too stupid to know what they were doing;

3. they were too poorly educated to know what they were doing;

4. they were in an altered mental state due to alcohol, drugs, stress, hormones...and thus were not responsible for their actions;

5. they were temporarily or permanently insane and thus were not responsible for their actions;

6. those they murderously attacked were in some way or other deserving of being murderously attacked because they allegedly called the murderer an offensive name or names, were rude to the murderer, were insensitive to the murderer...and thus brought the murderous attacks upon themselves;

7. the murderer had purportedly been abused at some time in their life and therefore was not responsible for committing murder;

8. the murderer was retaliating against society which had failed the murderer, and thus the murderer was not responsible for committing murder;

9. the murderer was unduly influenced by someone else and thus was not responsible for committing murder....

• How is it that if a murderer is not convicted of committing murder, regardless how overwhelming, certain, and incontrovertible the evidence, the murderer cannot be punished for the murders they have been tried for?

• How is that murderers when sentenced routinely are assigned lesser punishments if they have no prior convictions of violent crimes (regardless how heinous the crimes are which they have been convicted of committing, and regardless how many violent crimes they have previously committed without being convicted)?

• How did such utterly unrighteous and abominable notions come to permeate our "Justice System"?  How did our "Judicial System" become so rife with such perverse, evil notions?  Where did such notions come from?

• How did such wicked perversion of judgment and justice become endemic to our Judicial system?

• All of these evils grievously undermine "the public interest," and more importantly are at war with God's Word, God's Law?

• How is it that our Judicial system became such a perverse, unjust, unrighteous abomination, and nightmare which serves the evil and treads upon the good?

• In western "civilized" nations should government administered "justice" mirror God's justice, or should it mirror Satan's perversion of judgment & justice?

• In a "christian" nation (i.e., a nation whose founding was inspired by God), should government administered "justice" mirror God's justice, or should it mirror Satan's perversion of judgment & justice?

• Where did the idea that it is uncivilized to execute murderers come from?  [A clue, not from God, nor from His Holy Word.]

• Where did the idea that it is "christian," loving, just, and God-pleasing not to execute murderers come from?  A clue, not from God, nor from His Holy Word.]

• Where did the idea that murderers (e.g. those caught in the act of committing murder...) should be taken alive, rather than slain, come from?  [A clue, not from God, nor from His Holy Word.]

• Where did the idea that if any who are tried and convicted of committing murder are determined not to be guilty, then none convicted of committing murder should be executed (regardless of their unmistakable blood-guilt) come from?  [A clue, not from God, nor from His Holy Word.]

Don't mind me, these are just several questions you might consider, and while you are considering them permit me to answer the question you are undoubtedly asking, i.e., what alternative is there?

We have to go back to the beginning (an impossible feat without a nation-wide overflowing evangelistic revival, permitting social, cultural, governmental reform to the roots): we must do what our Founding Fathers failed to do!  Instead of our God-fearing Founding Fathers creating a democratic federal republic from a hybrid of the Greco-Roman-British Empire(s), they needed to and should have created a (gasp) christian theocracy!

Were this nation a christian theocracy the judicial function would reflect the Biblical pattern/template, i.e., no lawyers, nor juries, would be involved in determinations of the guilt of the accused!  Rather, godly judges would decide guilt, with the most difficult of cases being determined by priests!  Those persons found to be guilty of shedding the blood of the innocent (including those found guilty of trying to shed the blood of the innocent, but failing), would be executed without delay; there would be no prison sentences, no plea bargaining, and no commuted sentences for those guilty of shedding the blood of the innocent!

But admittedly, without godly judges and godly priests, judgment and justice would not prevail; which is not a reason to adopt an ungodly secular system guaranteed to fail to render judgment and justice,  instead of establishing a christian theocracy.  In the judicial system of the United States of America of today, guilt and blood-guilt are not determinative, but rather "legal" chicanery, deceit, and machinations rule! 

Now for the question(s) to be addressed on this page; but first an introduction.

What constitutes the crime of aiding and abetting a crime or a criminal?

What constitutes the crime of being an accessory to a crime, or an accessory to a crime after the fact?

Question: Why is a lawyer who deliberately, dishonestly, deceitfully, fraudulently, by hook and by crook...seeks to obtain a not guilty verdict and freedom for person or persons whom he or she knows to be guilty of committing capital crimes (heinous crimes, multiple crimes, serial crimes, monstrous crimes), not guilty of aiding and abetting crimes and criminals, and of being an accessory to crimes after the fact, and crimes yet to be attempted (should the murderers be freed to do more evil)?!

Instead, such villainous "legal professionals" are deemed worthy of high honor, fame, fortune, influence, and promotion to the highest positions of authority the nation has to offer (there to do greater evil to greater multitudes, while ensconced in such positions of authority as District Attorneys, State Judges, Governors, Federal Judges, U.S. Representatives, U.S. Senators, Cabinet Officers, Supreme Court Justices, Vice-Presidents, and Presidents)!

Question: What kind of a nation is a party to such atrocities?  What kind of a nation lauds such evils, as the United States of America does, as the overwhelming majority of its political leaders, lawyers, judges, academicians, and media elites do?

Answer: a nation which will be damned and destroyed, according to God's Holy Word, the Holy Bible, unless it repents and turns to God with its whole heart, mind, and soul!

.  What fruits will a nation suffer as a result of such perversion of government, rulership, judgment and justice, prior to suffering sweeping, overflowing overthrow?

Jeremiah 4:31

"For I have heard a voice as of a woman in travail, and the anguish as of her that bringeth forth her first child, the voice of the daughter of Zion, that bewaileth herself, that spreadeth her hands, saying, Woe is me now! for my soul is wearied because of murderers."

Hosea 9:1-17 (esp. verses 11-17) 

"As for Ephraim, their glory shall fly away like a bird, from the birth, and from the womb, and from the conception.  Though they bring up their children, yet will I bereave them, that there shall not be a man left: yea, woe also to them when I depart from them!  Ephraim, as I saw Tyrus, is planted in a pleasant place: but Ephraim shall bring forth his children to the murderer.

"Give them, O LORD: what wilt thou give? give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts.  All their wickedness is in Gilgal: for there I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no more: all their princes are revolters.

"Ephraim is smitten, their root is dried up, they shall bear no fruit: yea, though they bring forth, yet will I slay even the beloved fruit of their womb.  My God will cast them away, because they did not hearken unto him: and they shall be wanderers among the nations."

Ah yes, all "religion" is acceptable, honorable, and appropriate to grace our government and courts, except of course for the religion of the one true God (without which and without whom this nation would never have come into existence)!
