Whatever happened to the Great American Experiment?  Why did they bother with a war for independence from the crown?  If they knew that everything they believed in, sacrificed for, and established, would be scrapped, and replaced with what they hated, would they have bothered?

They were only flesh and blood men, with eternal spirits and souls, with faults and failings, yet how many modern political leaders could we place in their company?  Of these men, George Washington was frankly head and shoulders above the rest in spirit and godly wisdom, but they were all used of God.  Don't hold your breath waiting for the next to come along.

It should become readily apparent from reading what greats of this nation have said, that today's professional politicians ('public servants' if you prefer), are not of the sort who founded this nation, furthered this nation, nor maintained this nation, but rather are those who have trashed and destroyed this nation, they should not be trusted with this nation for one more day.
